Production
Production moulds are made from stainless or aluminium depending on the application, complexity and the tool's life cycle (number of parts required).
A design consultation is recommended to ensure the product design is optimised for the production process.
Production tools start from $5,499 and require a lead-time of 4-8 weeks.
High Volume
The high-volume production tools are made from hardened stainless steel and often require hot or cold runner systems, gates and vents based on the complexity of the product design.

These tools often have a long life span if they are well maintained and are an ideal option for high-volume long term production.

High-volume production tools start from $8,490 and require a lead time of 8-12 weeks. A full design and build consultation is recommended at the start of the project to ensure the product is designed-to-be-manufactured.
